How Long Does Delivery Take?

For large inflatables such as castles, slides and courses, we generally allow 2-3 weeks for the unit to be ready.

With all other items, such as inflatable mats, pool accessories and so on, there is a 3-5 day shipping time.

Please note that the manufacture, testing and delivery stages of commercial units can vary in time depending on the order size, testing requirements and delivery location.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we can ship to any country. However, please speak with our staff to confirm rates and customers will be responsible for any import fees applicable to locations other than Australia.

How Much Will Delivery Cost?

All transport fees and costs are included in the invoice provided with the commercial grade inflatable units. When purchasing via the website directly, the shipping rate will be displayed in the checkout area.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Invoice payments can be made via Bank Transfer. If you prefer credit card or PayPal, please speak to the team during the order process. Note that any credit cards or PayPal does incur a 3% fee of the total invoice.

Is Buying Inflatables Online Safe?

Yes, anything that you purchase from Oz Inflatables is covered by Australian Consumer Law. See the Consumer Guarantee information available on this website.

How do I place an Order?

Our customer service team will provide any product information you need via phone or email. Once you are ready to order, you can request an invoice.

Are all items covered by warranty?

Any inflatable purchased comes with 12 month warranty on stitching, however should the damage be caused by negligence, improper useage, poor maintenance and customer errors when using the product, the warranty is void. In the rare case the stitching does need repair, the team will arrange for the service to be carried out onsite.

Do the air blowers have warranty?

All orders ship with blowers that are covered by a 12 month warranty.

What if something is broken?

Should a claim be needed, please contact us as soon as possible, with clear information on what is wrong, how it happened in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale.
