HOW LONG DO INFLATABLES TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Generally your order will take 2-3 weeks. We advise customers to allow at least 21 days for all orders.

Please note that the manufacture, testing and delivery stages can vary in time depending on the order size, testing requirements and delivery location.

DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES TOO?

Yes, we can ship to any country. However, please speak with our staff to confirm rates and customers will be responible for any import fees applicable to locations other than Australia.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

All transport fees and costs are included in the invoice provided. There are no additional charges that you need to be concerned about.

HOW DO WE PAY FOR INFLATABLE PRODUCTS

Invoice payments can be made via Bank Transfer. If you prefer credit card, please speak to the team during the order process.

DO ALL ITEMS COME WITH WARRANTY?

Any inflatable purchased comes with 12 month warranty on stitching, however should the damage be caused by negligence, improper useage, poor maintenance and customer errors when using the product, the warranty is void.

In the rare case the stitching does need repair, the team will arrange for the service to be carried out onsite.

DO THE BLOWERS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

All our inflatables ship with blowers manufactured from a 3rd party that offer a 12 month warranty.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Should a claim be needed, please contact us as soon as possible, with clear information on what is wrong, how it happened and any details relavent.

Photos of all the effected areas are needed. Video is preferred option. All claims are assessed on a case by case basis for suitable compensation to be arranged.
