1,HOW LONG DO INFLATABLES TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Generally your order will take 2-3 weeks. We advise customers to allow at least 21 days for all orders.
Please note that the manufacture, testing and delivery stages can vary in time depending on the order size, testing requirements and delivery location.
2, WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
All transport fees and costs are included in the invoice provided. There are no additional charges that you need to be concerned about.
3,DO ALL ITEMS COME WITH WARRANTY?
Any inflatables purchased comes with 12 month warranty on stitching, however should the damage be caused by negligence, improper useage, poor maintenance and customer errors when using the product, the warranty is void.
In the rare case the stitching does need repair, the team will arrange for the service to be carried out onsite.
